Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with RYNEXS, please contact us via email at rynexs@rynexs.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. However, due to the custom nature of RYNEXS products and the time and design investment involved, we do not accept returns for any reason. Our designers provide a preview of the final product before production. If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not due to customer error), we offer a full refund. We do not accept refunds for personal reasons such as dislike, change of mind, or no longer needing the product.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be fully canceled with a full refund if canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After 2 hours, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price will be charged to secure your place on the waiting list. This means you will receive only 80% of your payment back. Cancellations of any work in progress will be refunded at 50% of the total price. Completed orders cannot be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.

Order Change Policy

If you wish to make changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes after this time frame as we may have already started working on your order.
